Act 20 Readiness

Now partnering with Pennsylvania districts on Act 20 readiness.

Beginning in 2027–28, every Pennsylvania elementary building must provide 30 minutes of daily recess. Finding those minutes touches schedules, staffing, bargaining agreements, and curriculum pacing — and for many districts, the planning window is this winter.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between central office intent and classroom impact. Through objective systems audits and dedicated project management, we partner with district leaders to eliminate operational friction and cultivate sustainable success.

Year-Long Support

An audit diagnoses the friction, but our project management drives the change. We work side-by-side with district leaders to navigate the improvement plan, guaranteeing that instructional goals don't just live on paper, but are fully realized in the classroom.
